We can’t be glued to our phones and email 24/7. But we all know that buying and selling is stressful. Be prompt in your response times. Remember that delayed responses could lead to significant anxiety for your client.

We’re not just here for a transaction but also to advise our clients well beyond closing day. Build lasting relationships and stay in touch with your clients to provide guidance, advice, and insight for years to come. There’s no such thing as a ‘past client’ - that’s not in our Nest vocabulary.

Bring your A-game to every property listing. Whether the market is hot or not, ensure top-notch staging, photography, marketing, and maximum exposure, regardless of the price. You and your clients should be proud of every marketing package you develop. Don’t stop short. Go all in every single time.
Research, vet, and build a deep rolodex of 3rd party contractors and professionals to assist you in guiding your clients through their real estate journey. And ask your fellow Nesters for updates and recommendations.
