WPA’s Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Pecan Cookies

We reached out to our friends at WPA Bakery to create these delicious ready-to-prepare cookies. We hope you love baking these as much as we loved creating them. Happy nesting!

 

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Rice-based gluten free flour blend
  • Dark cocoa powder
  • Regular cocoa powder
  • Salt
  • Baking soda
  • Sugar
  • Brown sugar
  • Pecans

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1 large egg and 1 egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cream butter with the sugar (top two layers in the jar).
  • Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  • Add remaining ingredients from the jar.
  • Mix together until the ingredients are combined.
  • Scoop out onto a prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
