Each year we host two different client appreciation events. Nest Fest is our annual client appreciation celebration at City Stadium, and Nest Presents is our semi-annual movie event for clients to see advance screenings of new releases at Movieland at Boulevard Square.
Nest Fest is our annual client appreciation event for clients, friends, and families in the Nest Richmond community. What began as a small gathering at Blanchard’s Coffee has grown alongside our team and client base into one of our largest community events.
In 2025, we moved the event to City Stadium to accommodate growing attendance. More than 600 guests joined us last year, and we expect that number to continue increasing each year.
We are seeking a select group of local corporate sponsors for this event. We are approaching businesses we know, trust, and are proud to recommend to our clients. Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsorships include all Bronze benefits in addition to the opportunities outlined for each level.

Nest Presents is our semi-annual event where the brokerage, in partnership with a local sponsor, rents out theaters at Movieland at Boulevard Square to give our clients a first look at new movies. We have the ability to see new releases the night before they premiere, and past movies have included "Wicked: For Good" and "Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire."
